SLE’s High Skill qualified welders performs sound weld as per WPS they maintain proper preheat post heat at the time of weld. Our qualified welders have enough knowledge in welding electrode identification as per WPS, baking of welder and filler wire used in GTAW. Paint system based on base material, design temperature, operating temperature range & insulation requirement is considered for identification of different coats (primer/intermediate / finish), number of coats, thickness of coat (dry film thickness) as per project specification / line designation table. Our SLE’s erection team executes proper painting as per specification. Measurement of painting is based on size wise running meter, surface area in square meter as per requirement like paint system, size, running lengths paint system & surface area of painting etc…
Thermal insulation is a measure factor for heat loss of running piping system, SLE’s erection team have enough knowledge selection and installation of insulation work with proper insulation type, thickness and running lengths (running lengths is based on length of the pipe + fittings) size, count of valve boxes, flange boxes, flanges etc.
