Piping :
Sri Laxmi Enterprise Foremen and skilled manpower’s are expert erection of Pipe spools, Valves, Flanged Joints, Flanged or Butt-Welded Equipment Connection, Restrictions, Temporary Gaskets, Pipe Supports, Expansion Joints, Temporary Strainers, Spring Hangers. SLE erect pipe spool, valve, support and alignment spools and offers for welding and NDT of field welds, our teams are expert in flange alignment checks, nozzle connected spools, equipment connected lines, tie-in isometrics for erection as per construction requirement.
SLE’s High Skill qualified welders performs sound weld as per WPS they maintain proper preheat post heat at the time of weld. Our qualified welders have enough knowledge in welding electrode identification as per WPS, baking of welder and filler wire used in GTAW. Paint system based on base material, design temperature, operating temperature range & insulation requirement is considered for identification of different coats (primer/intermediate / finish), number of coats, thickness of coat (dry film thickness) as per project specification / line designation table. Our SLE’s erection team executes proper painting as per specification. Measurement of painting is based on size wise running meter, surface area in square meter as per requirement like paint system, size, running lengths paint system & surface area of painting etc…
Thermal insulation is a measure factor for heat loss of running piping system, SLE’s erection team have enough knowledge selection and installation of insulation work with proper insulation type, thickness and running lengths (running lengths is based on length of the pipe + fittings) size, count of valve boxes, flange boxes, flanges etc.

Erection of steel structures is the process by which the fabricated structural members are assembled together to form the skeletal structure. The erection is normally carried out with high supervision. SLE prepares erection plan approves from client and passes our erection team, this erection process micro planning in material delivery to erection site, material handling, member assembly and member connection. Proper planning of material delivery would minimize storage requirement and additional handling from the site storage, particularly heavy items. Erection of structural steel work could be made safe and accurate if temporary support, false work, staging etc. are erected.
SLE’s erection team ensure erection materials before erection the fabricate material at site with respect to mark numbers, key plan and packing details. Once structural components received for erection site, our foremen take responsibility for erection sequences. And care also taken so that steel structural components should not come in contact with earth or accumulated water. Stacking of the structures should be done in such a way that, erection marks and mark numbers on the components are visible easily and handling does not become difficult. SLE’s Erection team put extra efforts in safe transportation of fabricated items to the site, their proper storage and subsequent handling is the pivotal processes.
